For one, de-duplication is not the same as normalizing a database. And secondly, he goes into no actual details. Multiple SSNs same table? Different? Active and assigned to different people? Or did your ignorant ass run one select statement and thought you figured everything out.
And furthermore, deduplication is supposed to remove identitcal data, not unique data.
And dear lord if he has access to the Classified databases we are well and truly fucked.
